The illustrations above shows a front panel from a smart car (front and rear views), produced from an integrally colored PC/PBT resin.  The molded in color eliminated several painting steps in the production process, since the panel is coated with only a clearcoat. The high gloss and excellent DOI properties are apparent in the two images below, showing the ability of the panels to achieve a "class A" finish.
